  • Harvest - Money for Honey.

    Thank you to everybody who brought their honey pot back to school filled with money.  We will be making donations for Bee Hives for families in Rwanda and great news... The British Government will match fund our donations.
  • Friendship Workshops Years 1,2,3

    Thank you to Cherelle from Bully Busters for a great morning.

    We loved hearing all about how to be a good friend and being reminded that if we are worried or upset about a friendship problem we must tell a grown up so that they can help us. 

  • History/Geography competition winners

    Prizes were given out in Friday worship to our Geography/History competition winners. They had written fabulous reviews of places they had visited whilst on holiday.
  • Student council surgeries begin

     We are getting our councillors to be more like MPs! Councillors for each class have been given a surgery record book. Pupils can go along to speak to their councillor at their surgeries. Their views will be taken to the next council meeting. At the moment we are looking for ideas about charity.  
  • First meeting of the new School Council took place today

    Representatives have been elected from Years 2-6. They met for the first time today to introduce themselves and discuss their role in representing everyone in their class by talking to them and listening to them. Photos are on the School Council page
  • Democracy...assembly and workshops

    On Tuesday the Juniors has an assembly given by the Parliamentary Outreach Officer all about how we are represented by our MPs and Parliament. Years 4 and 5 had a workshop about how we vote and the history of how we got the vote. For photos see our British Values section.
  • Eat Honey - Give Money

    Rev Marie- Anne has given us all a jar of honey to take home and enjoy - When your pot is empty bring it back to school filled with coins.  The money will help families in other countries to buy bee hives and therefore be able to generate their own income, buy medicine and send their children to school.

    These children have been Green all year - we couldn't be more proud of them.  They have made the right choices each and every day.
