Aliens in Underpants
This term we have started a Space theme. We have made spaceships, and are currently creating Planets using balloons and papier mache.
We have enjoyed looking at the various things the children have brought in from home, including rockets, telescopes, space jigsaws, etc.
Reception have also loved listening to various Space storybooks, especially the Aliens in Underpants stories by Claire Freedman and Ben Cort, and we have designed underpants and bloomers, which we have decorated our classroom wall with.
Sam brought in some tasty cakes he had made at home which he had decorated with a space theme.
