At St Philips we make every effort to ensure that all children meet their potential and that they leave us as well rounded, well educated individuals who go on to make a difference. As a Christian school the gospel message calls us all to a life of service, particularly to the disadvantaged, and we are passionate about the role our schools can and must play in this.
Every child matters to us and we are whole heartedly committed to closing the gap between those children who are disadvantaged in some way and those who are not.
The documents below demonstrate how we have used our Pupil Premium Money and the impact that it has had. We have taken some ideas from the Church of England Document Unlocking Gifts and have used the Education Endowment Fund Guide to support our decision making.
