Trip to the Pinewoods and the beach

We had a fantastic time at at the Pinewoods and beach today!  We found and identified lots of minibeasts in two different habitats.  We had a picnic and then headed for the beach for some fun.  We played with the parachute and then flew the kites we had made in class. Before we came home we built sandcastles and played some ball games.
