November and December 2021 - Connecting Classrooms: British Council.

3 webinars linking our cluster of UK and Nigerian schools to complete a project linking to the Sustainable Development Goals. 

 

November 2021 - Curriculum CPD day for all staff.

 

October 2021 - CPD led by Subject Lead for all staff in Geography.

September 2021 - Digimap training for Subject Lead.

July 2021 - Primary Geography: An Insight into Ofsted's Research Review, Identifying High-quality Curricula, Assessment, Pedagogy and Systems attended by Subject Lead.

Autumn 2020 - Sefton Geography leads - 'catch up' after school closures.

 

Spring 2020- Inset delivered concerning Mapping Unit, expectations and whole school approach

Autumn 2019- Inset delivered concerning refreshed units of study, expectations and progression. 

Summer 2019- Cluster Meetings- School Leadership in Humanities- Planning for High Quality Geography and Transition, Stanley High School, Southport. A series of workshops to develop cohesive units of study.
