Reception class have been very busy preparing for Christmas. We performed our wonderful Christmas play 'Whoops-a-Daisy Angel' for our grown-ups on Wednesay 12th December. I'm sure those who were able to watch it would agree that all of the children were fantastic!
We have been exploring our outside grotto area, taking on the roles of Father Christmas and the elves, and spreading goodwill to our classmates!
Children have been listening to the Nativity story at circle time, and have drawn some excellent pictures of Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, the angels and the wise men in their books, along with some fantastic writing about the scenes that they have drawn.
Thankyou for all your hard work this term Reception - we wish you all a Happy Christmas and New Year! ~ Mrs Lymath, Mrs Klaassen, Mrs Rimmer and Mrs Parker
