17.3.16 Science Lesson - Looking at different fruits & vegetables with Asda!
On 17th March 2016, Year 3 were lucky enough to have a member from our local Asda supermarket visit us in our Science lesson and help us identify and sort various fruits and vegetables into seasons.
Some we recognised, some we did not! We sorted them into when they are in season, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and we also discussed which countries the various items came from.
We also talked about parts of the vegetables, fruits and also plants which we can eat and which we cannot.
