Swimming gala 2025!
Our swimmers were fantastic. We won the small schools overall trophy, the boys trophy and came in 2nd place for the girls! Well done swimming team you have done us proud!
Teachers are working alongside coaches from UltimateKidz to develop their knowledge and skills in gymnastics teaching.
Our new Girls Football team have been doing well in their football league. They have now won 4 matches in total. They train at our club every Thursday after school.
KS1 and Reception enjoy the gymnastics club run by UlitmateKidz, every Wednesday after school.
Our Health Champions meet regularly to talk about how we can make our school 'active'. Their jobs include keeping our resources tidy, organising playground games and physical challenges.
We took part in the Sefton No More Knife Crime initiative. Schools across Sefton are raising awareness of knife crime and raising money to put bleed kits in every school. We were part of the relay event, where a bleed kit was passed from school to school. Linaker Primary school passed the bleed kit to us and then children from Year 5 and 6 ran to Holy Family Primary School to pass it on. The rest of the school ran their own 'mini marathon' in school to help raise money.
