OUR VISIT TO QUARRY BANK MILL 2016

We had a fabulous day at the mill on Wednesday November 9th with lots of fun and learning. We visited the apprentice house where we were met with a very bossy Mr Shawshank the class teacher. He even punished our children for talking at the wrong time by holding dumb-bells in outstretched arms!
We also took time to visit the factory and learn about carding and ducking under dangerous machinery to gather the dust and rubbish.
