This prestigious award celebrates our commitment to providing high-quality Religious Education that is engaging, inclusive and academically rigorous. It reflects the importance we place on helping our pupils develop a deep understanding of Christianity and other worldviews, whilst encouraging curiosity, respect, reflection and critical thinking.

At St Philip's, RE plays a central role in our vision of "Christ in everything we do." Through inspiring lessons, meaningful discussions, visits, visitors and opportunities for spiritual development, pupils are encouraged to explore life's big questions, appreciate diversity and develop as thoughtful, compassionate citizens.

The Gold Award recognises the strength of our curriculum, the expertise of our staff, the high standards achieved by our pupils and the positive impact Religious Education has across our school community.

We are proud of this achievement and remain committed to ensuring that every child experiences rich and memorable learning that prepares them to thrive in a diverse and changing world.
