Last year our team worked hard to gain a bronze award. This year we hope to continue the hard work and achieve silver. Mr Warren is due to start an eco club on a Friday after school. During the winter months the club will run until 4pm at a cost of £2.50. Mr Warren has worked hard to put a full schedule together of tasks and activities in order for us to progress through the eco schools award system. Please get more information from the school office if you are interested.
We are collecting the following packaging for recycling;
Johnson's baby wipes packaging, Aquafresh oral care toothbrushes and toothpaste packaging, Danone yoghurt pots, Kenco eco refill packaging and the following writing instruments - ballpoint pens, felt tips, propelling pen, correction fluid, markers and highlighters.
A huge thank you to everyone who collected the Morrison's vouchers for the 2011 campaign. We collected over 1600 and have put an order in for seeds and equipment to help the children with maintaining the raised beds.
